The (ND4)3VOF5 crystal was grown with a high degree of deuteration (D ~ 92%). Structural and thermophysical studies have been carried out, the parameters phase transitions determined. It found that ammonium cation in (NH4)3VOF5 led to change chemical pressure, which accompanied by an increase unit cell volume transition temperatures. baric coefficients dTi / dp were determined T-p diagram constructed. A decrease temperature stability initial cubic Fm 3m (ND4)3VOF5, as well wedging out intermediate monoclinic at lower pressure compared (NH4)3VOF5, found.
